Mike Delia, the Senior Partner of Davinci's Painting, believes that Washington DC is one of the world’s best places to live. That’s why he aspires to keep the area’s homes as beautiful as the city's natural surroundings.

As a young man, Mike Delia learned the skills of painting under the apprenticeship of his father Giuseppe Delia, himself an Artist in New York City from around 1925 to the 1950s. Once Mike finished his military service and started college, he continued to hone his craft working with his father in some of the most luxurious homes in New York's Upper West Side. Upon the sudden death of his father, Mike and his family moved to Washington DC and founded Davinci's Painting.

Chris Davis joined the company as a Painter in 1993, more than 10 years after it was founded by Mike Delia. With nearly 25 years of experience, he has brought a wealth of knowledge and skill to the company. He has helped to expand the region’s #1 painting company from 10 employees to 30. The secret to Chris’s success? Make life as easy as possible for each Customer.

Davinci's Painting is a VA Class A Contractor Licensed Contractor that operates in the Washington, DC Area. Davinci's also maintains $1,000,000 Liability Insurance Protection for our Customers. DaVinci's Painting was first Certified in 1996 by the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America. We earned the Residential Certification in 2000 which is reserved for only those who exceed the below criteria. PDCA certification actually means more than just painting. Certification ensures that a Painting Company is a Professionally Managed Business.

PDCA Members must meet the following criteria:

• Follow approved accounting procedures to manage the financial aspects of the business.
• Operate the business in accordance with the established professional standards.
